Project Background

The Hand Up Day is a non-profit organization (owned by Being Agency) functions to help the right people get connected. It gives people that all-important boost in life through the transfer of time, skills and knowledge.

What Makes Hand Up Day Unique?

I believe we all have that moment in our lives, that we feel "lost". Maybe we're learning a new skill but no matter how hard we try, we still couldn't grasp it, or we are at an important stage, but not sure what decision should we make.

 

At this moment, a bit of advice, learning tips, or an inspiring conversation would help a lot, and make those "lost" feelings fly away.

Understanding the Users

The interesting part of this project is that it has two user groups: seekers and givers. The needs of seekers and givers are different. Therefore, we need to accommodate them all.
